I have ordered from them several times and it has been great, but I placed an order on June 25, 2026 and the order still states it is awaiting fulfillment as of July 9, 2026. I have tried calling, email and text messages and have not gotten any response. I am disputing the $135 charge with my bank now.
They used to be really good always ordered from them now all of sudden they refuse to contact me back I ordered 2 weeks ago and no response and still no product. I am fed up. I am contacting the bank to dispute the charges for my order cause at this point this is ridiculous.
Company is legit , got my order in a timely manner would definitely recommend for sure , I’ve ordered in the past and will continue to order great prices and good E juice
If I could leave zero stars, I would. Horrible customer service. Rude and condescending attitude, refused to refund two orders they never shipped. I had to call my bank and dispute the charges. Stay far away from this place. They have had trouble with the FDA as well!
I was very disappointed with the Red Cow flavor from Vape Junkie. It had hardly any flavor and none of which tasted like what one would expect from a product with such a name. I ordered 70/30 and maybe that’s why it was light on taste, but I don’t know how all that works.
To make matters worse, the customer service was terrible. I ordered the product online and after a week with no update on my order status, I checked the website and found out that it was not yet filled. I tried to contact the company by phone and text, using the number listed on their site, but I got no response at all. A few days later, my order finally arrived.
I would not recommend this product or this company to anyone. There are better options out there for vaping enthusiasts. Save your money and time and look elsewhere.
