Thought I'd ordered car mats that were specific for my wife's new Crossland. Unfortunately the mat's supplied didn't fit the clips.

Genuine Vauxhall Mokka (e) rubber floor mats and boot-liner.
I initially phoned to double-check that the boot-liner was compatible with my Mokka Electric vehicle and then continued my order online, including a set of rubber interior floor mats. All arrived within the specified time and are of good quality, so no complaints from me.

Please would you be able to provide us with more information as to when and how you were advised this so we can improve our service on these products going forward? I can see an email whereby we notified you the item ordered by yourself would have been incorrect for the vehicle and so we replaced it for the correct one for you to prevent having unsuitable product delivered. We actively work with our suppliers to keep the website up to date relating to purchasability to ensure the site covers as many of our customers needs as possible.
