Would give zero stars if I could.

I had CarPlay fitted a couple of months ago and have had nothing but problems since. The screen constantly flickers on and off while driving, and sometimes it doesn’t turn on at all. It makes using maps or music really frustrating and distracting, which completely defeats the point of having it installed.

I’ve tried contacting them multiple times to get it sorted — around 10 messages over the past few weeks — and every single one has been ignored. No replies, no updates, no effort to help. The lack of aftercare and basic customer service is shocking.

It really feels like once they’ve taken your money, they’re no longer interested in fixing any issues. I’ve now had to go elsewhere and spend even more money just to get the problem properly looked at and repaired.

Really disappointed with the whole experience. Save yourself the stress and don’t waste your money with this company.

I highly recommend this service. I had a new screen fitted in my ML 350 and it looks incredible — everything works seamlessly and runs really quickly. Shamim was excellent from start to finish, keeping in touch throughout the process and clearly explaining how everything works. He also took the time to answer any questions I had, which I really appreciated. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I wouldn’t waste your time, first of all when I made the purchase it stated next day delivery, this was wrong and I had to tell them so they could update their site!. Second of all they added a tracking number with the wrong address and details and the item has gone somewhere over 2 hours away from me!!!!!.

I wouldn’t even waste your time I spent £450 and got nothing but crap delays and now no item and £450 down👍🏻

I had Apple CarPlay installed in my car. Price was great, very quick in helping me out from start to finish. Highly recommended and will definitely be using in the future

A first class service from start to finish,price was unbelievable, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sham.

Sham is a really friendly, knowledgeable and professional bloke. He kept me updated throughout the process and the price was very fair for the service offered. The upgrade (wireless Apple CarPlay in my 2009 e61 BMW) completely upgrading the interior which was starting to look and feel tired being stuck on CIC system. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Paid over £500 on Wednesday for a apple car play and reverse camera + fitting, before buying I confirmed multiple times via WhatsApp with the seller to fit for Saturday (27/12/25) on the Friday night I double confirmed with him for Saturday morning 9am.
Anyways Saturday came, messaged them at 8 to confirm for 9 for the third time, no reply.
Messaged at 9am the time of fitting. No reply.
Messaged 9:30 no reply. Messaged 10am no reply. Messaged at 11am no reply. Messaged at 11:30am and finally got a reply saying they don’t have parts and he was apparently in hospital. The usual stuff everyone hears when they can’t deliver.
Super unreliable company.
Incredibly difficult to contact.
Seems like a lot of other customers got great service but unfortunately for me it was unbelievably difficult.
They processed the refund as soon as I told them to which is the only good thing that came out of it.
Again they’re probably a decent company and I had a awful experience.

Great service. Prompt at getting back to me and installed CarPlay as promised. All works perfectly.

Everything ok until you have some problems with the unit and needs to be fixed and the guy doesn’t answer the phone anymore!!

Lame customer services, lame response times, lame responses. Lame excuses.
A lame excuse for a 3rd party service. When it works it works but god forbid you need assistance.. I have had responses spaces out over 3 months and currently awaiting a response since February just to get the unit removed.
Save your sanity, go to Halfords 😅 businesses like this shoot themselves in the foot.
Clear issue with the uint/units sent to me. I have a barebones car from the factory this system has messed up my head-unit in ways I couldn’t imagine. Should have stuck to AUX.
Only awaiting a response to have the unit removed after being blamed it is my car, 100% wouldn’t happen elsewhere.
They have left no room for understanding based on the wait time. I feel like a burden rather than a customer.. joke

Sham is a great lad, Very professional, had a good 15 minute phone call prior to him arriving letting me no what services he provides and what service he will provide me and how he does it. Will definitely use Sham in the future and will refer him on to friends.

I was sceptical at first when i hadn’t met anyone and was asked to pay for the parts in advance but i did. I booked, paid and was kept up to date with everything up to and including on the date of installation and let me say i regret nothing. It took 20 minutes for me as he is so experienced and knowledgeable in what he does. Not a single issue and was assured of everything. Could not recommend enough

Had wireless apple car play fitted to my m140i today by sham he had kept me updated the days before fitting WiFi antenna and coding car play in, at first wasn’t working or picking up my cars vin as car is installed with a ghost immobiliser but once figured out how to put in learn mode and sham connected a different dongle it took not even 15 mins to be coded in to the car sham was very patient and was also helping me figure a way to disarm the ghost whilst coding the car play in would definitely recommend him and veehive thanks again

Just had my Apple CarPlay installed at home by Veehive and the experience was fantastic! They arrived on time, were professional and super friendly throughout the process. In a community forum and some of us had no responses to enquiries as well as problems with their services. Not really responding to any customers

Top guy, really knows his stuff.

Would highly recommend not like other salesman in the industry won’t try and upsell you on stuff you don’t need.
