Vend has updated their pricing and now businesses need to pay the top price to run simple reports such as products sold. Their customer service wait times are over one hour. The new Vend is completely over-priced and I recommended that you seek alternatives before purchasing this product.

Thank you to all the Vend support team. I do love working with you all so much. I am turning my store into all formal wear and with the enhanced reports and groups I have figured out how to mark each dress sold to each school so I do not sell duplicate dresses to the same schools. I love the price of Vend! I love the ease of working it. I still have somethings to learn lol lol even after working with it since 2015 but time will teach me! I am so happy with all that Vend has to offer and I pray that it stays the same since it was purchased by a different company. I love being able to pay by the month and if I choose to leave I can. Thank you for all the features it offers!

Color change not helpful
Color change not helpful. As for all roll outs in cloud software that leave the consumer scratching their head. Why? We used LightSpeed Onsite and it fit what our business needed. LightSpeed put Onsite to pasture and we were left with their not so intuitive interface for the browser based solution. Onsite is way more powerful in the inventory handling and building of skus. We switched to Vend knowing we were going to take a hit in functionality, but Lightspeed Online is a clunky gui and not intuitive, compared to Onsite. We were told Vend would be able to handle most of our needs. It did address most of them, but handle them would be an overstatement. Now LightSpeed has acquired Vend, as it was cutting into their bottom line and way more elegant than their own offering. I hope that Lightspeed will do more than window dressing with Vend. So far they are off to a not so hot of start. I have about a 35% belief LS will make Vend better than it was already. The new color scheme puts it down a few notches.

A huge asset!
So easy to use, but with sophisticated functionality. Constant improvement and enhancement, really the best choice for any retail business.

Great system overall
Easy to use and simple user interface for both management and the selling team. Solid reporting system to keep track of performance and inventory. Best of all, very prompt support when you need help. Highly recommended.

I love using Vend
I love using Vend. It isn't perfect, but it's constantly being improved. If you don't need a big, expensive, cumbersome POS, use Vend! The "ice" feature for the winter is a life saver.

Thrilled with Vend since 2015
I switched to Vend in 2015 and now I cannot imagine how we operated without it. So easy and intuitive to use, the flexibility to work from anywhere on any of my devices, and the data and reports are invaluable. Five stars!

Very dissapointed
Very dissapointed. We notified vend of a rounding issue about 4 months ago. A customer can pay their entire invoice and yet they are sent an invoice for 1 cent. Vend acknowleged that they have a problem however they still have not fixed the problem. Our customers are getting frustrated and so are we.

We used to love Vend
We used to love Vend, but within the past 24 hours they've changed every colour from their original theme and in the process making it incredibly difficult for us to use.
I have already put in a formal complaint wishing for this to be reverted or at least give us the option to change the colours ourself.
Hopefully someone may reply to me here with the reasons why you'd change modern and sleek looking theme back to a Windows 95 looking piece of trash.

After suffering through tower Vend has been a dream to onboard and work with. It integrates with all programs we need to run our Business and we couldn't be more happy.

Vend delivers everything we expected
Vend delivers everything we expected. The understanding of most popular and profitable lines is now an essential daily review item. The integration with Xero is excellent. The upload from our previous system of over 5,000 sku’s was effortless. While more expensive than our previous system, the extra monthly cost delivers much more value to our store.

Staff are always very helpful
Staff are always very helpful. We have been using Vend for about 4 weeks, still trying to navigate around, with mistakes made & unable to work out how to fix, but staff are very helpful here. I appreciate their help.
