Ventrolla restoration of old sash windows
The communication from the office from Zoe and Dan was very timely and clear.
The work done on the old sash windows by Carl was outstanding and by Adam also. There were some rotten areas which were expertly and carefully restored and replaced. The duo cleaned up thoroughly after what was a really messy job. Really delighted with the windows revamp

First Class Job
Jack Bellerby was effective in managing the project from start to finish, communicating well. Justin Murray is an excellent fitter, thoughtful, careful, tidy, completing a first class job.
Only four stars as two of the windows were measured incorrectly and we had to wait for them to be remade, however this was executed promptly and the final result is superb.

Many thanks to Ventrolla for helping us to deal with Conservation and Planning requests in a patient and informative manner. You went the extra mile to assist our paperwork seeking approval. Thanks also for bearing with us over a long period awaiting official Approval.
Once this was granted, we got a date for the actual work and
Andy S, Scott and Paul turned up on site to replace and repair our large windows over the course of a week. These guys are polite, and thorough and they know their jobs! Everything was executed in a calm and professional manner and the inside and outside of the house was pristine after they left.
Thanks for helping to make a potentially stressful time as calm and short lived a trial as possible. It was appreciated and now we get more light and less breeze through our lovely looking windows!

Very happy customers again!
Ventrolla have been a pleasure to deal with. From the prompt visit for site survey and throughout the installation, Zoey coordinated everything perfectly. We were delighted to welcome back Carl, our installer from our previous Ventrolla work, because he is such a conscientious and highly skilled craftsman This time he was joined by Dean and also George, a young trainee. The team arrived on time every day and worked well together. Their craftsmanship has been exceptional. They were all so thoughtful and polite and went the extra mile to perfect our windows.

The job was very organised and professional from start to finish. Zoey did a great job in communicating everything as the Project Co-ordinator and Carl and Dean the installers did an excellent job throughout the duration of the work with support from Adam. Excellent job
I had three replacement sashes fitted into existing frames. Site visits for quotation and measurement were efficiently done. There was quite a long lead time from ordering to installation, but this was fine for my situation. The company accommodated a last minute request for a change in design. Installation by Dave and James was faultless. They were tidy, efficient and courteous. New sashes are a big improvement on the old, blown draughty ones.

Completely satisfied with Ventrolla
Completely satisfied with Ventrolla, refurbished my original 1820s sashes back to full working order and structural integrity. Great experience from start to finish, completely understood the brief and on-board with retaining as much of the original material as possible whilst getting all sashes unstuck and properly draught-proofed. No pressure to replace windows which I had been quoted for elsewhere.
Most importantly, Justin did a fantastic job when it came to the refurbishment. Careful work, happy to explain and discuss as he was going along and gave me lots of tips for decorating the windows once I get to that stage. Also maximum effort to keep mess under control and make sure rooms were usable between days on separate windows.
If you want your windows refurbished and the whole process to be smooth and confidence inspiring, I can’t recommend Ventrolla enough.

High quality craftsmanship
Justin Murray from Ventrolla has overhauled about 18 windows in our house over three periods. The quality of work is excellent and Justin is prompt, professional and friendly and thoroughly cleans up afterwards.

Excellence - start to finish
At every stage in our dealings with Ventrolla, we got all the information we needed from Technical Staff who made it easier for us to understand what to expect.
The installation was handled with great expertise by Allan & Lindsay and the finished quality is excellent. We appreciated their diligence in ensuring that protective coverings were suitable and the site was cleared at the end of each day.
Nothing was too much bother and the work was carried out to the highest standards. For anyone contemplating 'double glazing' we would not hesitate in recommending Ventrolla,

Very good service from the whole Ventrolla team. Great installation from Paul and John, and a very clever solution from Davie who measured up. They found a way to put a window in a 300 year old house which had been bricked up for 100+ years and was wonky in every way imaginable. Thanks and well done also to Hayley for the helpful and flexible organisation and the after sale service on a previous job too.

Timber sash and case double glazing
I had 4 single glazed windows replaced with Ventrolla timber sash and case double glazing. My experience from start to finish was seamless. Mark came out to do the estimates for the work. He kept me fully informed from the start to the installation date and all my queries were answered promptly. Paul and John replaced the windows. They were super friendly, performed the work really efficiently, to a very high standard and were really tidy. I couldn’t be more pleased with the new windows.
