Ventrolla Avis 

I’ve just had works completed at my house by Ventrolla. The two gentleman who carried out the work, John and Paul, have done an excellent job. They were highly professional, very personable, and wholly expert in their field. My wife and I are absolutely delighted with our new doors and windows. We will certainly be using Ventrolla again in the near future. I highly recommend them!

We were limited in what we were able to do to our sash windows due to Grade II listing. But our installer Justin did a very thorough repair and renovation. Every window now opens smoothly and easily and as an unexpected benefit the exterior noise is significantly reduced by the draughtproofing system (we were told this would be the case but still had not really expected it!).
Inevitably there is some dust created by the process, but Justin was very tidy and cleaned up each room after he had finished.
The only downsides of the Ventrolla is a long lead time and that the windows are only primed as part of the process, so you need to organise painting separately.
Overall we were very happy and would recommend Ventrolla if you want a thorough job.

Our whole experience from start to finish has been amazing! Craftsmanship and service provided was exceptional and to top it off Paul and Stuart were really friendly guys, causing minimal distribution, who left our home immaculately everyday!

Andy found a suitable work area where he adapted all eight window sashes. He re-fitted the existing chubb locks at my request so that I could use the same keys on all my windows. He protected furniture and my office workstation with sheets and tidied up well at the end

Many thanks to Ventrolla for my window installation. As seamless as the work previously carried out by this company, from initial survey through to window delivery. New wooden sash windows installed by Paul and John. A great job by them both and no mess left behind!! One of the best experiences of workers in the house!!

Complete Incompetence from the technical team.

I called the technical team to get a blind size for my Ventrolla windows. I read them the plate details and they gave me a sizing code for the blind. I ordered a blind and it's the wrong size. This has cost me time and money.

Lewis and Andy have just completed my windows and what a pleasure they have been to have. They tidied up after themselves and respected my home and children. THANKYOU GUYS! keep up the good work, it makes a difference8

A big thank you to Rob, James and Tyler for their help over the past two days. Really careful/thoughtful with dust sheets and tidying, and most importantly made look easy what was a technical and complex job (replacing sills with new hardwood, installing heavy new double-glazed sashes and making them shine!). Impressive - and even went above and beyond helping with something else, as well as giving a great demo on how the sashes can easily be removed for future maintenance with Ventrolla’s system. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again. Oh, and a special thanks to Paul Thorn as well for his precise and generous help all the way through, and to Gary Rowan for always being on it and responsive too 🙏

Having had 1 window installed a year ago, we have just had 6 further sash windows replaced into the existing box frames by the very efficient, able and good natured team of Rob, James and Tyler who conducted themselves very professionally in executing a perfect installation. Our expectations were very much surpassed as the team solved some unexpected surprises found in the largest of the existing box frames, that needed to completely be re built. New wood involved in all the existing box frames was finished with a top coat although they team weren’t obliged to do so, leaving us with only a minimal amount of painting.
Emma Butler at Head Office coordinated and supported us and the Ventrolla team providing prompt information and back up as and when required. James patiently gave us a thorough demonstration on how to remove windows to re decorate.
Our whole experience with Ventrolla over the last months has been pleasant and impressive. We feel secure in the knowledge that in the unlikely event of a problem arising, that we will receive genuine and prompt attention.
The windows are impressive; an exact copy of those they replaced, including 2 magnificent ‘Venetian’ (triple sash) windows which are integral to the character of our late Edwardian house. We are delighted and pleased that we took this route to gaining double glazed sash windows.
If there was a small thing to improve the service provided, it would be to have a follow up team to finish up the painting.

I needed almost thirty replacement windows for a listed building in the north west of Scotland. Ventrolla were the only firm that would supply, fit and do all the paintwork themselves.
The architect advising me had specified new sashes and frames for all windows, but when it came to the full survey by Ventrolla before placing an order, they said that most of the frames were perfectly good, and others only needed new sills and lower stiles letting in. This saved about a quarter of the originally estimated cost.
The team of three led by Paul from Ventrolla Tayside did their work with meticulous attention to detail and dealt with a few unforeseen problems along the way without any fuss. And they cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day.
We are delighted with the result and it was actually a pleasure to have such friendly skilled craftsmen who clearly take pride in their work.

Brilliant as usual. Have used this company on a number of occassions for new doors and windows. Efficient and friendly staff - from Josh and Paul, undertaking the initial surveys, Emma in the office and Jakob and Noah who fiitted the actual new windows. I would certainly recommend Ventrolla to anyone.

This company strives in what they do, fitting and installing double glazed windows and doors to an excellent standard. And it shows. Nothing was beyond their capabilities, as these workmen are trained to the highest calibre and the finishing results were out of this world. I'm not just saying it. During this very hot weather, these guys worked just as hard, they never tire or slumped. They kept the same 100% energy from the time they started until it was time to go home. If your staff are happy, it shows, as their dedication, drive and commitment to the job at hand was outstanding. Friendly, professional, hardworking young men. Lewis, Andy, George and Miles..., you should ALL be very proud of yourselves as l'm sure Ventrolla is just as proud to have you all as a asset to the company.
I would highly recommend this company to anybody, not just family and close friends without hesitation. These are incredible talented young men who take pride in themselves and their job, something that's lacking from a lot of young people these days. I cannot fault perfection, and that is exactly the experience l got from Ventrolla, Harrogate. They also clean up very well after themselves, incl vacuuming..., l kid you not! They were so good, I tried to get them to do my washing-up, but the Marigolds didn't fit. (Next time you're passing through)!
Continue to strive to be the best craftsman in the double glazed industry, as there's a lot of competition out there. I have experienced 'the best,' of 'the best' in Ventrolla, Harrogate.

Ventrolla recently replaced my old wooden bay window and i could not be happier. I was worried about losing the vintage character but its even more beautiful than my original window! Great communication from the company and Wayne when planning. Carl and Dean did an amazing job during instillation; polite, quick and a perfect finish. Love my new window and couldn't recommend the company more!

Have written a review previously for Ventrolla, but coming back to revisit with another having needed to get their support for an issue with our residential windows - due to accidental damage not a defect with the installed unit. Paul and team reacted brilliantly to help us ensure the necessary repair was completed in amazing time and minimal disruption. I couldn’t have asked for more - heartily recommend.

Hi, Kevin and Lindsay and wider Ventrolla team did a superb job at replacing old decayed Georgian sash windows with new modern double-glaze sash windows on my Grade 2 listed building. The windows not only reduce the sound (cannot hear the seagulls, shop alarms, or trucks) but help retain heat and reduce bills. They are also very aesthetically pleasing, enhancing the aesthetics of the property overall. You can also easily unclip the windows to clean or paint the exterior. I highly recommend Ventrolla for sash windows. Cheers, Hugh
