Communication was in time and so did delivery

Delivery took two weeks for cat food diet that was needed, which was the fault of Yodel it seems, but on asking Vetsend that seems to be the only courier they use in the UK unfortunately so I am reluctant to order from Vetsend again. Vetsend customer service was however good.

Great service, quick delivery

The ordering and delivery of the spiral snuffle mat was great, and, on arrival, I was really pleased with the product.
However, after 2 days my little dog started having a problem with her poops, presenting with mucus etc, like a gastric irritation. I couldn't work out what she had had that was different until I thought of the mat.
On use, the mat releases a fibrous fluffy type material, only requiring very light friction for it to come off. My dog had been ingesting some of this material causing gut irritation.
I would absolutely love this mat otherwise! I have since removed it and she has recovered so I'm going to see what I can do to solve the fibre issue but, if I can't then sadly it will have to be disposed of.

Although they came good in the end the first 2 deliveries from them each contained one carton of dog food instead of the 10 I had ordered. As I had needed this particular food to take away and the date was fast approaching I asked for a refund which they readily gave in full. However the very next day my 10 cartons arrived. I settled up with them. They were doing their best to be helpful but were let down by whoever was charged with making up the orders. The dog food when it eventually arrived was very good and our dog loved it. I would use them again but I felt on this occasion I could give no more than 3 stars.

I would like to say a huge thank you to you. Just a few days after i I bought a very large amount of food for my little very ill cat I contacted you to ask if I could return it as she had stopped eating and you very kindly said I could donate it to a cat rescue of my choice and still get a full refund, which you did. She had to be put to sleep three days later. I gave the food to Rolvenden Cat Rescue who were so very grateful as they’re struggling with costs and a huge amount of rescues to feed. This was an extraordinary act of generosity and I am so very grateful as I am a pensioner and the vet bills have been over £2000. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Heather Mallery

Had what i wanted, easy to order, quick delivery

Ordered Lovebirds versele-laga nutribird G14 tropical pellet 3kg for lovebirds.

I have search love bird food it suggested nutribird G14 which also has lovebird photo in the advertisement so i bought it. Buy it was misleading photo. It was never lovebirds good. I dont know why lovebird photo is there if it is not made for lovebirds.
I have 10 lovebirds none of them even tried because it is for large bird.

Very disappointed wasted £26
