The meds came in a week
The meds came in a week. They said it could take up to 20 days. The customer service was awesome. The prices were around the same but I did not have to pay my vet 70.00 to let me buy the flea meds.. I will order again

expiring too soon!
I orderd 2 packs of Simparico Trio for my 9 lb minature daschund (6 tablets which I give 1 to her monthly) but am very upset that both packages expire in 4-2026 which is before I will finish the 2nd pack!

You ordered two 3-packs of Simparica Trio, which equals 6 tablets total for your 9 lbs dachshund, given monthly. With an expiration date of April 2026, this still allows time to use all doses safely before they expire.
That said, we’d also like to share some helpful context for future orders:
When purchasing smaller packs (such as a 3-pack), the chewables typically have a shorter shelf life, often expiring within 3–4 months from the time of purchase, depending on current stock rotation. Larger packs usually carry longer expiration dates.
We always aim to ship the longest-dated stock available, but expiration dates can vary by batch.

Nonsensical cancellation of order
I was told they emailed me ( but I never received it) after a week, cancelled my order without a reason...

Just to explain what happened: your order was placed on 'hold' because we needed to verify your shipping address to prevent any delivery issues.
We do this for first-time customers to make sure everything is correct and to have a seamless delivery. Since we didn’t receive a response after several days on the email address used on the order, the system automatically canceled the order.
I know that still doesn’t make the situation any less annoying, and I’m really sorry it came across as your order being canceled without reason.

Fast delivery
Given all the things going on with shipments from other countries to the US, I thought this shipment might take a while. Meanwhile, our cat has been really suffering. He's really allergic to fleas and all of a sudden he seems to be covered with scabs. Fortunately, the package came very quickly and we were able to tag him today. We expect those fleas to be gone very quickly! We are especially grateful not to have to pay for a vet visit on top of the medication itself. Our vet is great, but she wants to do a full medical workup for every visit instead of just prescribing the flea meds that we need. We are grateful not to have to pay the extra expense, especially right at Christmas.

Convenient and less expensive
It's so convenient to be able to get the same meds as my vet suggested but at a much better price. It does take a while for orders to arrive in the US but it's well worth the wait.

Excellent value!
I ordered simparica trio for my 3 dogs. Not needing a RX is convenient, although I would happily provide one. The lower cost for the same medications is a big factor especially nowadays. I have ordered twice and will continue as long as the same quality of service and pricing continues.

That fact u dont need a prescription for dog heartworm was great. It took only 9 days to get here so next time I order it I will know.
