I’ve been a customer for several years, it all started with 3 large dogs. VetShopMax sells brand name products at a better price w/o having a trip to the vet. Shipping is quick, if Customs doesn’t pull it for inspection.

Super service. Trump's tariffs almost sunk my delivery but they agreed to wait it out and my delivery finally came. Great price. I should have doubled my order.

I have only received a partial shipment from you. I have sent a email previously and I have not received a response. Order was placed on 9/23. I am still missing : 2 - 12 pack of Revolution Plus for large catsand 12 pack of Simparico trio for large Dog as of 10-13-25. I have been ordering product from you for over 25yrs. Was sold six packets of heart worm…
Was sold six packets of heart worm medication for $155. Only one arrived. When I called to demand the other five was advised that the order only consisted of one pack for six times the advertised amount. That means that this company is a scam. Do not throw your money away, you’ll never get it back !!!

I cannot express how much I appreciate this service. I can afford to care for my animals but I cannot afford to pay a vet every time I need my girls meds. They need these to remain protected from the unseen that has the ability to take their life. So thank you so much for this opportunity. Great way to get what you need and always on time!

I want my refund $53
I made an order for the 1st time september 21, 2025. I ordered cat flea and heartworm meds. When it arrived they sent me bravecto for a dog. They sent me some else's order that was in New York. I live in north carolina.They told me to return it and I had to pay for the shipping. I told them it was their fault and they need to pay the return shipping. I was told they do not provide shipping labels. I told them to refund my $53. They told me to send it to the person who ordered it because they probably got my order. What kind of bull crap is that? I dont know this person. How am i suppose to get in touch with them. They said they don't know. None of this is my fault. I will not pay any shipping to anyone. I already paid shipping 1 time to get my order to me. They will not refund my either. They are ignoring my emails and messages. Buyer beware. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY !! Im pissed because they are keeping my $53. I probably will never see my money. .I think they are scammers
