I'm a repeat customer
I'm a repeat customer. I have 4 cats and Revolution Plus is not cheap, but VetShopMax charges less than my vet. Plus, I don't need a prescription in Australia. Shipping usually takes less than 3 weeks, which I consider good since it has so far to come.

Great customer service
I like doing business with VetShopMax. When you place your order they let you know about how long it will take to get to you and you can track it all the way to your destination. Shipping rate is a flat rate no matter where you are located. Your customer service department is awesome. My previous order was lost somewhere in transit and when I contacted customer service about the issue they sent me out a replacement order right away, at no charge. Not many companies would do that. I've been ordering Reload's (my miniature dachshund) meds from VetShopMax for about 3 -4 years and I have only had the one order that was lost in transit. I think that's pretty impressive seeing that is has to come from Australia to the podunk town where I'm located in Texas.

Love not having to have a prescription.
It only took 2 weeks to come all the way form Germany. So nice to not have to take the dog for a checkup, just to get flea medication when you know nothing is wrong with him.

Meds when you need them without the hassle
Even though the meds are coming from out of the US, they get here in a timely manner and I'm not asked to spend a lot on postage. Also saves me trip to the vet when my dog doesn't need it and that's huge. I'm paying less for more convenience. That's a win, win for me!

No Rx Flea treatment
I have multiple cats and flea season can get expensive especially when vets want to charge a consultation fee and appointment fee per cat just to get them all in flea treatment. VETSHOPMAX allows me to get the treatment without rx and the treatment is exactly the same as the ones I get in the vet . The packaging might differ but works the same. Might take a month to arrive so plan accordingly but I have never had a bad experience with the company.

I like that I don't need a prescription to continue giving my 2 Shih-tsu dogs the medicine they need at a price I can afford as I don't need to take them to the veterinarian to get a script costing as much as the medicine.
