Great food, friendly crew.
I was disappointed that your t-shirt supply was down to triple x only. I wanted to buy a large one so I could help spread the word for you.
Other than that, I would love to sail again with you.

Each port was excellent and we enjoyed each of the excursions. Our two favorites were The Great Lakes Museum in Toledo and both excursions in Milwaukee (city tour and food and beer tour). Toronto was such a surprise and beautiful! That hotel was fabulous and its location was perfect!
I had a manicure and it was not satisfactory at all. I was very disappointed in the quality of her nail polishing.
Our main waiter on the ship was Max and he was excellent! After the first two days, he knew our preferences well and it was wonderful to feel so welcomed by him. We also enjoyed dinner one night at the grill and it was delicious!
All in all, Milwaukee was the biggest surprise! We thought both of our tour guides were so enthusiastic about their city and it was contagious. Thanks for a great 10 days.

Very friendly and attentive crew. Excellent meals

The food, the service, the cabins a bit small but comfortable. The crew was very helpful and friendly. The food delicious. The lava rock was a great experience. The trio was entertaining. The shore excursions were good. The only criticism that I have was the man that recapped the trip . He was very knowledgeable but poorly presented. And the other was not to go to the Rock and Roll Hall of fame on a weekend. I was also sorry we were unable to go to the Greenfield Village.

The staff was welcoming, warm and extremely helpful. The food was top notch and the included excursions interesting, varied and gave a real feel for the port where they were located.

The cruise was excellent. Well organized. Very good food. Staff was excellent- we especially enjoyed Mickey’s presentations, Sachin in the tavern was awesome, and all the wait staff in both dining areas were attentive and helpful.
We also throughly enjoyed the tour of the bridge.
It was an excellent experience all around!

We had a great experience! We loved the smaller ship and the very friendly and helpful crew. The excursions were very organized and interesting. We loved the food and the attentive servers. One thing that can be improved is the rickety stairs that we had to use getting on and off the ship. While we are not disabled we saw a lot of people have a hard time.

Size ship. Crew and staff are excellent. Easy on and off for excursions. Great meals.

Everything was well organized which made the entire trip very enjoyable.

Food and service Both dining room and room was great.
Need more outside space to seat and enjoy the lakes.
Rooms are way toooo small and storage is inadequate. Shower is way small also. Need more shelving in bathroom also.

Overall the cruise experience was very good, accommodations were good food was good wine was good and abundant.

The only thing that was a little distressing was the embarkation process since we were on the 4th deck we were the last ones to get on the ship which was pretty late and then it was go go go we got on the ship got checked in and then it was time for something orientation and then I think it was time for dinner it was a little chaotic and exhausting that day.

So I don't know if there's anything you can do about that but I'm just letting you know.

The staff, food, music were exceptionally good. Could not improve on those items. My complaint as I am on the shorter side is that it was so difficult to get into the very high bed. I had to use the wall to boast myself up. Very small rooms for 2 people

My top “take away” from my experience in cruising with Victory, is how anxious to please the crew was (housekeeper, dining room servers, etc). They were lovely people who were very accommodating.

Staff and service was exceptional but was really impressed with how Victory contracted with coach service and "hop on" tour guides. Passengers had same drivers and comfortable coaches at each port. Local, knowledgeable tour guides accompanied passengers on every excursion.

The itinerary was excellent. The crew were amazing. The food was plentiful and delicious. The food presentation was like one sees on a tv show!

The time provided for experiences really needs to be reviewed. Niagara Falls felt like cattle herding- our guide spent more time looking for people at every point and no time for a bathroom break. Also, when going to open dining...why so many reserved tables? I know you want everyone to be happy, but when I brought issues up it was coated over and just trying to make it through.

The ship's crew was amazing, the excursions and lakelorian lectures were incredible, and the ship itself was perfect. We really enjoyed traveling on a smaller ship. It was a great vacation!

The accommodations were comfortable. The staff were top notch and always so friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were great. The house band was fantastic - every night was a different genre and something to look forward to. We enjoyed all the ports. Wonderful cruise, and we hated to see it end.

Really great staff and food. Our only complaint was regarding the noise from the props and the winches in the stern. We paid extra thinking that it would not be a problem but have learned our lesson ..
Everything ran on time and the shore excursions were informative.
