American Cruise Lines Avis 

The entire crew was efficient, kind and no matter the request or question, their answer was always, “Yes, of course.” We most appreciated the 1/2 portion option while dining. The housekeeping staff seems to work non-stop as we observed them cleaning and buffing and polishing brass and glass. The ship was in fact spotless.

Everything was wonderful!

Caleb Holbrook(?) cruise director absolutely amazing. I became ill during my cruise and could not continue. He arranged to reschedule my flight from JFK along with an Uber to the airport. I would not have been able to do that by myself.
I had oral surgery the next day for an abscess. I would have been ugly if he had not made my trip home happen. I am ever so grateful.

The staff was great and personal and the food was off the chart! While we were on board. We booked a trip for the lower Mississippi in 2028. Chelsea and Kayla were great, Linda our server was great and a lot of fun to be around !

The crew! You hire a train wonderful people! They are always the best part of the experience.

Knowledgeable guides, helpful, cheerful staff, beauty of the boat, not to mention the scenery along the way. The service honoring the Veterans was especially poignant, the historian, Hank, was exceptional. And the perfect weather was an asset. Christian runs a very good ship from Captain Andrea to the wait (Emma) and housekeeping staff (Melissa) and entertainment! We enjoyed the trip immensely!

The crew in every nook and cranny was excellent and friendly and kind. We would have liked to tip all the food servers who served us because they were excellent but we didn't anticipate that. We didn't bring enough cash. We had a wonderful trip. We can't think of one thing that was worth mentioning that was not great. Thank you for a fun time!! We hope you pay ALL the employees well because they deserve it....clear down to the poor guys who have to stand out in the weather for hours to scan the embarking and disembarking people. I hadn't seen a survey for the two weeks we were back so I asked for one....then received this one. So I've already filled out your survey at an earlier time. Linda Taylor

Extremely disappointed of not having the Anacortez stop include when originally was.. I hope you get this settled! Likley won't go on this cruise again if not.

Had a great time. Boat was clean the start was great.

Every aspect of this cruise was outstanding - the crew, the accommodations, the excursions, the meals. Communication with ACL prior to the cruise was easy and timely. We enjoyed every minute and made the reservation for our next cruise in February.

The crew was great and it was fun docking within walking distance of the towns. The rooms are quite large and the public rooms are very inviting.

All of the staff were friendly, accessible and fun to be around. The Captain made decisions which made us feel safe. The food was fabulous and our cabin was spacious with plenty of storage space. Although the bed was comfortable, it may be time to consider retiring the mattress in our cabin. The included land excursions were great and the Naturalist was very imformative.

Very nice stateroom and private balcony. The staff was outstanding!! I had my choice of many interesting excursions. There was a historian giving us a talk about each port and nightly entertainment. This was my first cruise and I loved it!

I loved the small ship experience. Staff hospitality and service was excellent. Ship was clean and well laid out. I'll will definitely cruise with ACL again.

The staff is five star in multiple ways. The service is also outstanding.

Every one of the staff from the deck hands, servers, cruise directors entertainers, hotel manager, captain, were all so extremely friendly and everyone seemed like they love their jobs. Astoria is so beautiful several of us were wishing we could have stayed a couple of days in that port, but I wouldn’t have wanted to give up anything else we saw. Thank you for providing us such a pleasant experience.
