American Cruise Lines Avis 

Our cruise had quite a few disabled people. I have intermittent sciatica so there were times I could not walk to the busses. The shuttle drivers were courteous and helpful. That was appreciated. The Grand Ole Opry was my highlight of the trip.

Our ship was new and beautiful and so clean! The crew was exceptional for the most part!
The price we paid was quite reasonable. The itinerary and excursions were interesting and fun too! We have three upcoming trips with American Cruise already booked and we have a deposit on the fourth. We booked onboard and got 15% off! We had 🌟17🌟 on our name tags this time, looking forward to 🌟22🌟 which will be our free cruise! Almost there! Our adventures await! Thank you, ACL! Oh, and the food was delicious, as always!

The people who do the enrichment lectures are so good! They’re so knowledgeable. The entertainment is great also. Very talented and professional. And can’t say enough about the staff, especially the servers. Everyone is so pleasant and attentive. They were a real delight. And of course everything, the meals, excursions, activities are so well organized. American Cruise Lines sees to the smallest details so everything runs smoothly.

All the staff was wonderful and so hard working.

Everything was pretty good, during the dinner entree was brought out too early, wasn’t finished with the appetizer. Happy hour should be either earlier or the event in the room before should end earlier so the crew can set up.

The service was wonderful. Everyone very helpful. I would like to take this time to have 2 busdrivers get reconciliation for outstanding good driving and very helpful with helping my friend on and off the bus. My friend had a wheelchair, but with help she decided to use the steps to the bus. With their help she could do that and it gave her much satisfaction. Thank you they are Kitt n Donna. What impressed me most was the speed with which the dining room manager resolved 1st day issues with a new crew. By dinner it was much better and the following day a generally smooth and most satisfactory experience. The rest of the crew were as usual outstanding,

Everyone was so friendly and eager to help! Small occupancy-only about 180 people on board! Great food! And everyone was very helpful of people with handicaps! Going on our 4th cruise in March!!❤️❤️

All things went well except the Grand Olde Opry and supper before.

Fantastic accommodations on the ship and delicious meals. Also a friendly staff who was always there to assist with a smile. The passengers made a very congenial traveling group.
Excursions offered a multitude of experiences and the guides were informative.
The scenery was awesome and so much history Lewis and Clark along the way.
So glad that we had talked with someone who had just returned from their American Cruise on the Snake and Columbia River!

We wanted to experience the Mississippi River, and we definitely did. They provided an expert who gave daily presentations, and we feel we have a really good understanding of the river. The food was excellent; the rooms were like hotel rooms rather than cabins; the staff was friendly and professional; and they don't nickel-and-dime you to death.

The ship, crew and lecturers and entertainers were wonderful .

We were disappointed with our cabin #312 - smaller than the other cabins.
We loved every member of the crew - they were always helpful, cheerful & welcoming.
the meals in the dining room were excellent and the desserts were exceptional. also appreciated the chef at the back porch - Great hamburger and breakfast sandwiches. the buffet for breakfast was appealing & appetizing.

Our trip along the Snake River and Columbia River was wonderful. The scenery was stunning, the geology was great, and the jet boat along 50 miles of the Snake River to Hells Canyon was unforgettable. On top of these, the accommodations within our ship was very good, the entertainment was very enjoyable with lectures and music, and the side trips very educational. And the weather fantastic. Highly recommend the trip.

Our cruise to New England this year was one of the best we’ve ever had! The crew was very accommodating, very friendly and attended to their tasks in a very positive and happy way. We were very happy with our cruise & liked it so well, we booked another cruise for next summer!
