Orders you pay for but vanish their end.
Processed my payment, gave me a tracking number. A couple of days after the guaranteed delivery date I rang as the tracking number did not work and printer had not arrived. I spoke, in fairness to a lovely lady, and she tracked down the problem. There is a known glitch in the system which simply makes orders vanish, paid for no problem, but then get entirely lost. She'd have to cancel my order and re-order and we'd have to hope it did not also vanish. I have documents I urgently need printed as my old printer died, so can't wait for something that might or might not arrive cause of a known systems glitch. So far no refund is appearing either. So in the end no printer, a very friendly lady on the phone, but given no confidence if I bought a second time through them I'd be in a position to get the documents I need out or be looking for yet another refund. So had to buy elsewhere.

I place the wrong Item and straight away I emailed your company, to which no one read. I spent 45mins chatting online and was giving resurance I would be get my money back to which I did not. Very misleading and not happy having wasted my time chatting a week has now gone and still no money, I was told I. good faith I would get a refund and could keep the items as my email was not checked before dispatched. On this occasion I would not recommend Viking

IM NOT HAPPY WITH THIS PRODUCT IT…
I was dissapointd with the item, it arrived with shredded paper inside the machine so obviously used before. then when i went to use it it was saying paper jam even though there was no paper inside the machine.
I have to say I was happy with the speed of reply and offer to have it collected. it has been annoying to have this happen and i would like a machine a works properly.
