Great, I wished I had read the trust pilot reviews before I ordered (altho' I can't seem to see the really horrific ones on this page that I read a few days ago!)
I rang before placing my order for some advice & left a message with my number, no response. I stupidly went ahead with the order anyway and for some unfathomable reason Vionics choose to use THE most unreliable courier service known to man ...Evri.
In brief, no shoes arrived and despite countless e mails to vionics ( & Evri) I eventually the got a response and a refund to my account as the shoes never arrived and are still reported missing by Evri! Reading other reviews I think Kimberley in customer service is either the sole team member or an AI response. Do not be tempted to purchase as I was!

No upfront information available
Vionic were recommended by my podiatrist as I need a shoe which will accept an orthotic insole. I wanted a list of stockists, but there is no information on the web site. Tried to phone but automated message told me I was out of office hours - but they didn't tell me when their office hours were. I sent a message on 15th July via the web site, asking for said list. I had an auto acknowledgement advising me I would hear within 'Our team will aim to respond within 2–3 working days' longer at busy times. Finally received list of stockists on 24th July. It includes a stockist in Bristol, which is the nearest one for me - but have now discovered this shop is closed.

Didn't deliver on time
Didn't deliver on time, no emails to update me where the delivery was and when it was going to arrive which is frustrating! I have a learning disability and my supoort workers had to contact them a lot to find things out not acceptable.

New to Vionic
First time purchasing from Vionic and I can say that everything went smoothly from purchase to quick delivery by Evri. Although I loved the trainers I was rather disappointed because I have a wide foot and I found they weren’t as wide as I wanted and they felt rather snug so unfortunately I had to return. I can say without hesitation that my experience with Vionic has been very positive. Thank you.

Poor service standard
Ordered a pair of sandals on 17/7 told on 20/7 that they couldn’t fulfil order and would refund amount.
Here we are still awaiting refund - yet they tookThe money out on the same day of order !

Great customer service
Great customer service. Emailed a query, received speedy and very helpful answer. Even provided with a tel. no as was experiencing problems placing on line order. Brilliant for a non tech person! Successfully placed order, and items received less than 48 hours later! 2 items both brilliant for problem feet (neuropathy and fallen arches) I can walk again !

On trend wide fitting comfortable shoes
I am new to Vionic and was looking for comfortable and supportive shoes that are edgy and trendy that fit my wide feet. I found several pairs of shoes that I absolutely love. I unfortunately needed to return one pair and had trouble accessing the return website as quoted on the delivery note so contacted Vionic directly for help.
My enquiry was responded to in an efficient timely manner. Customer Service was excellent .
I am also lucky as a front line emergency responder can get a reduction with blue light card.
I highly recommend Vionic for comfortable wide fitting on trend footwear.

Usually my dealings with Vionic are…
Usually my dealings with Vionic are positive. The shoes and trainers I've bought are comfy and supportive. If I've needed to return a product I usually get my refund promptly. However, this wasn't the case with the last pair of trainers I returned. Although I had confirmation my return had been received, I did not get my refund within the 10 working day leadtime stated on their website. I rang and left a voicemail but my call wasn't returned. I then submitted an online contact form and a few days later I received a response. Kimberley apologised and processed my refund. I do wonder if Kimberley is the only member of the team and this leads to delays if she isn't there. I am thankful Kimberley dealt with my query and has restored my faith in Vionic.

Refund only after opening dispute with paypal
Bought a few times and all went smoothly. Last experience was frustrating. Shoes were dispatched straight away but somehow got issues at delivery depot.called several times vionic to raise the issue but they never responded or returned call. Sent an email but they only got in touch after i raised the dispute with Paypal. I had to spend several hours on phone and writing emails to get my money back

Excellent shoes poor delivery service…
My first pair arrived and are wonderful, finally a pair of sandals that don’t set off my plantar fasciitis. My second and third deliveries were lost by the delivery firm. Kimberley was excellent, very rapid on refunding, just a pity that because they were sale items the shoes had sold out, so I lost the chance to buy these.
