Wiper blades came within a couple of days and excellent tbh. The issue i have is in the car mats ordered....24 days later and still not delivered. Fobbed off on a couple of occassions with no end result. Told it was being looked into as a matter of urgency 5 days ago. Totally dissasistified customer.

I ordered a set of car mats for my Vauxhall viva Car on the 27th of July but on the 13th August I got in touch to find out why I hadn’t received my mats after getting in touch with Vipa they said that they would look into the problem and on the 17th of August I got an email saying that it was on its way but now on the 25th August still hasn’t arrived if it finally arrives I don’t think I will be buying anything from this company again

I've ordered several sets of wipers over the past couple of years. Customer service has been outstanding. When the wipers I needed haven't shown on their website, a quick call and they have sorted out the correct item. Next day delivery too. So, if your car isn't listed don't despair, if they can help, they will. 10/10 and of course I would recommend!

I’m leaving a one star review as quite simply you do not answer help messages! I have sent in four emails with not one reply. I ordered a complete set of blades, however only the front one fit the car, the back one is incorrect. Trying to get an answer, is impossible.
Useless customer service.

Absolutely five stars for this shop. Even though through no fault of there’s first delivery was lost in post they went above and beyond replacing my order and within 2 days had the replacement. Great shop great service and will shop here again

I bought these for my granddaughter for her first car and she says there great I’ve used Vipa lots of times and found them to be just as good a Bosch 😀😀

Dreadful. I've not received the wiper set. I've repeatedly tried their help line without response. I've also called and left numerous messages. Again zero response!

Great at sending product but ordered wrong configuration of blades for my car. Rang the number, no answer- tells you to email for rapid reply (nothing after several emails sent over several days), also there is an alleged online chat on the website, still searching for it!
So might be good at sending out wipers but non-existent customer service!

I have been extremely frustrated by the lack of customer service within this company. I ordered front and rear wipers for my car which was ordered with no issue. The front wipers were great.

However I have found out shortly after that the rear wiper issued to me was the wrong length for my car. I have contacted the email address on now 3 occasions to raise this with absolutely no response.

I have phoned the contact number on the website about 10 times in the last 3 months (and left messages) with again no answer/response.

I have contacted them on both Facebook and Instagram to try a different method of reaching out and again, no response .

Delivered quickly and the YouTube video was so helpful. I watched it twice and fitted them in 5 minutes, a job I have been putting off and have previously paid someone to do for me. Very happy with the service and the quality and will definitely be ordering from Vipa again.

Product arrived on time, was well packaged and excellent quality.

I ordered a set of 3 wiper blades. When they arrived, the rear windscreen wiper was incorrect. ( note all three blades supplied were universal fittings). I have repeatedly tried to contact them, but they don't respond to phone messages or e-mails. In fact they only send out adverts to buy more products. They use Trustpilot as a major plank of their advertising.

Saw the adverts and promises and ordered front and read wipers for my car as it is six years old and the wipers have finally failed. Within four months the rear one was flapping around. And instantly the front ones smeared. False promises.
Contacted the customer services via email and phone. . . Two months later still no reply. Have had to buy Bosch to replace the rear.
Massively disappointed in the quality and the service. Wouldn’t recommend.

Ive used Vipa a number of times on different cars. Each one fits exactly with no fuss. The wipers work well with no streaks. Very satisfied.

I was so impressed with my previous wipers, so I bought this purchase as replacements for my vehicles should they be needed.
Not impressed with Royal Mail delivery, has delivery I waited for on tracking said out for delivery which I stayed in for came the day after.
How does Royal Mail exist?

Its quite simply a good reliable company that always delivers.
Customer Service is top.
