Possibly one of the worst companies…
Possibly one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. The Wiper blades didn't fit properly, didn't even touch the screen at both ends. Returned for a refund, blades received and a refund agreed. Multiple refunds attempted but I've never heard of this before, their own bank stopped each refund before it got paid! Gave up in the end, PayPal didn't want to know in the end as it went over the 30 day limit. I'll never deal with these jokers again.

I've used this company before on a few occasions and as always they are prompt with the delivery , you recieve the goods within 2 days . Also good blades the materials are good quality so will keep using them when needed.

Brilliant company to deal with, customer service is second to none.
Received my new windscreen wiper blades but they were not the type I wanted.
I contacted customer service and they sent the ones I wanted out within a day.
Great product and easy to fit.

I bought after seeing the ad and…
I bought after seeing the ad and reading the reviews on Facebook. The wipers arrived quickly and were very easy to fit ( less than 5 minutes ) and so far proving to be excellent. I have since ordered a set for my wife's car.

I ordered wiper blades for my clio, not the easiest to fit, I managed to break the plastic clip in the process, probably my fault, excellent customer service from ian & Don, they quickly sent replacement part, all fitted, easy when you know how, good quality blades.

Fitting the wipers was easy as they were a straight forward swap, no need for any returns. Fitted perfectly.

I was quoted a silly price from…
I was quoted a silly price from Halfords’s and the cost of fitting was an even bigger joke. So I looked online and came across VIPA … the reviews are excellent, so why not? Ordering was so easy ( just type in your reg and they recommend a choice of what was suitable for your car )and the price was cheaper than I’d be quoted … there is also a tutorial on how to fit them . As for delivery … that was fantastic too , as soon as the money came off my card they were in the post and on their way.
I managed to fit them no problem and they work great . Excellent company, excellent product , excellent delivery service - what’s not to like ? Thank you VIPA CAR PART . Good job . 👏
