Arrived quickly but no gift box
It was good to find a company that sells a good choice of miniature spirits. Ordering was easy and arrived quickly. Wanted a stocking filler for my Uni son. The only thing I was disappointed with was on the website it said that you could choose up to 4 bottles and you could then have a gift box. I received the 4 bottles loose - no box. I didn't see any box or option for a gift box at checkout. Maybe my order didn't qualify. It doesn't matter as I found a small bag instead. I would buy from VIP bottles again.

Ordered some buzzballz over 2 weeks…
Ordered some buzzballz over 2 weeks ago. When they hadn't sent a dispatch notice I chased it up and was told it had been sent and have me a royal tracking number. The tracking stated they had never been received. I contacted them again they said they would resend and gave me a new tracking number which states the same thing again. The parcel has not been passed to Royal mail. Clearly a scam company and I still have no parcel and no refund

We’d like to clarify that this was not a scam, and a full refund has already been issued for your order. Unfortunately, on this occasion, the parcel did not progress correctly into the courier network, and despite our attempts to resend, the same issue occurred. As soon as it was clear the delivery could not be completed, we processed your refund in full.
Refunds can take a few working days to appear back with your payment provider, depending on your bank. If you believe this has not yet been received, please contact us directly and we’ll be happy to confirm the refund details for you.
