Ordered a Visconti Arthur wallet, Burnish Blue. Arrived quickly. Packaging was beautiful and wallet is exquisite. My first impression was Wow wow wow! Even better than the pictures online. The leather is soft and a beautiful dark blue, and the inside finishings are wonderful. Hope to use it for a long time!
I bought this beautiful bag, which was £100, in Sept 2024. Now the magnetic fastenings are rusted! This is so poor. The customer service were deeply unsympathetic saying it's out of warranty, they don't cover wear and tear. It's not 10 years old! Not even 2 years. I had to persuade them to send the little metal things, worth pennies, for free, they wanted to charge me. Just really not great service. I love the bag. Now I have to spend money to go to a repair shop to replace the clasps and they won't pay for any repairs. We're prob talking a tenner! It's just so cheap and mealy mouthed. These companies don't give a toss. Once you've bought their product, it's goodbye and good luck.
I ordered a Mondello Zip around Cash & Card Wallet in Burnished Tan on Sunday and it arrived on Wednesday. It's a good value, nice looking, well-made wallet and all my cards easily fit into it. I particularly like the pouch outside the RFID cage which is perfect for my Oyster card - already tested on the Tube with no card clash - what's not to like about that! 10/10.
Misleidende verkoop. Binnen 1 dag verzonden (uit China ja). Maar met Hollandse prijzen. Van €60 voor €30. Direct bij op Ali voor <10,-. Voor mij de 1e en laatste keer. Een gewaarschuwd mens....
Purchased laptop bag over 5 years ago. After years of use I broke the shoulder strap. I phoned Visconti- no worries a new strap is £20 inc postage. Arrived next day.

Dat ging ook niet goed, daarna kreeg ik een mail dat alles op mail stond en ik moest mijn bestelling maar naar China sturen
Toen kreeg ik een mail dat ik 20% van mijn aankoopbedrag terug kon krijgen en mijn bestelling mocht ik houden
Mijn bestelling gaat nu naar de kringloop en van mijn aankoopbedrag kan ik een bakje koffie kopen
