I came into Vodafone to upgrade my sim…
I came into Vodafone to upgrade my sim as I now work offshore. Steven was very helpful and guided me through what my best options were and we settled on Global roaming. Steven answered my questions well and let me know all that was avalible to me. Thanks Steven

Customer service
I came into the Vodafone shop in Aberdeen and was greeted by Connor and we started to go through my interest in changing to an iPhone 15 pro.
He guided me through all the facts of what it would cost monthly plus insurance and I was given a note of what to do to order online, as it wasn’t available to buy in the shop.
Connor was very helpful and very professional and answered my questions confidently too - it was a pleasure to talk with him.
