Excellent advice on picking the right package and sim for my needs, saving me money. The online form for my details was filled in for me and the sim waa also fitted in my phone, so excellent service too!

An easy 5 stars. Excellent service from Matt, who upgraded my broadband for a better price, set up a new mobile contract and gathered my various redundant accounts into one. He was calm, patient, efficient and knew all the answers to my many questions and was willing to go the extra mile to make sure all this was a smooth process. Cannot praise him highly enough. 3 things sorted in an hour!
I was very happy with the service I received yesterday. Having been a customer for decades and always prefer to use the shop rather than phone, I was very pleased that I didn't have to wait, as Makayla was available immediately. I only had an hour, so didn't think I'd be able to sort all the things I needed to, but to our surprise, I managed to organise a new SIM for a tablet, new broadband package AND a new phone contract, hassle free and in the hour! Makayla was great, polite and efficient and everything went through very smoothly. Hoping that the switch overs will be as smooth too .

Total rip off,my daughter has a dd set…
Total rip off,my daughter has a dd set up and every month they take her money then send her a late fee of £5 and then she is unable to us her phone until she pays again.One month she had to pay three times.
She tries phoning up and they are useless because they say she must have had no money in bank which is ridiculous because her banking app and her Vodafone app says it's paid.
Never ever again will she use Vodafone.
She has paid £36 X4 in march but the person said on the phone that's correct.Think someone is lying when her bank statement says different
