After some frustrating experiences in the past, we were expecting things to be complicated, but Connor completely changed our perception. He made everything straightforward, efficient, and genuinely enjoyable. Nothing felt rushed, and we left feeling confident that everything had been set up correctly.

Callum was super helpful easier than calling.
Callum was super helpful made the whole experience smooth and easy, I upgraded my phone and ended up paying less !I usually upgrade over the phone but would come and see Callum again next time thanks again !

The Aylesbury store very helpful
Callum in the Aylesbury store was very affable, knowledgeable and above all patient. Although part his job is to sell, he was not pushy gave me a number of options to choose from.
It was a pleasure not having an in my face sell a product come what may person.
He listened and tailored the product to my needs and budget, a pleasure going to the store. A six star service.
