Called at Ballymena branch and spoke to an advisor Thomas, who was extremely helpful , polite and sorted my problem, as my phone was faulty.
It is lovely to be able to deal face to face with staff in a store.

Great people awful systems
Ciaran and his colleagues were great. The systems they had to use were dreadful. 2.5 hours to buy 2 iPhones. Vodafone senior staff should spend a day using this dogs dinner of systems to fully appreciate their staff.
