Great experience and great offer
My experience at the Bexleyheath store was fantastic and found a great offer for both my partner and myself. I’d definitely like to shout out Fahim, the customer service agent there who was amazing. He was patient and helped us find a great deal.

Brilliant service
I had a problem with voice control on my mobile which is now sorted. The assistant also pointed out other settings on my phone that I would also need.
The assistant was very aware of assistive technology built into the phone.
All round a brilliant service.

Ryan helped me with my mums contract…
Ryan helped me with my mums contract and swich over. Holly also very good customer service. Customer service was the main reason for them leaving 02 and coming with Vodafone. Everything was quick and easy and my grandparents understood everything said to them
