Dylan at the Birkenhead Branch of Vodafone was brilliant. He was very friendly and really helpful at finding the best options for all my family’s mobile phone packages. Plus he found a better deal for our WiFi. I would recommend 100%.

TOM IS THE BEST! :)
i went into vodafone wanting an upgrade but wasn’t sure about anything (such a technophobe!) tom was so lovely, his customer service was 10/10 and he helped me understand fully about the contracts for both the handset and the airtime plan and to choose the right plan for me. he was so pleasant to talk to and was always smiling and he was also so lovely with other customers waiting and the team of staff he worked with. tom was knowledgable with everything vodafone and he he also sorted my broadband plan for me and is going to help me sort an ipad plan too. thankyou for all your help and support Tom! :)

Fantastic service
My husband and I went into the Birkenhead store on Friday afternoon 30th May 2025.
We were seen to immediately by a lovely young man called Dylan. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He sorted everything we needed, no problem at all. It was a pleasure to deal with someone in person, rather than an 'app'. He was very professional and I would highly recommend using the Birkenhead store.

Great service
All the staff were approachable, friendly and eager to help.
Tom helped sort my plan out and get a great deal on an upgrade.
He also assisted my cousin, with additional needs, to get their first ever contract. He showed patience, understanding and professionalism throughout.
He is an excellent member of staff and deserves a bonus!
