I came inn for a headset and saw kully which is the person who did my broadband and upgrade last time. He was really lovely and professional. Due to this reason I decided to upgrade both my phone and broadband with him. This highlights the importance of good customer service I came inn wanting a headset and left with upgrades for both my phone and broadband.
