Excellent customer service by Alfie
Alfie was incredibly helpful today, giving me excellent advice on the different phone contracts available. Thanks to his guidance, I was able to choose two different contracts—one for me and one for my daughter—that suited our individual needs. He was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable, and I was also pleasantly surprised by his Spanish skills! Excellent customer service. Thank you, Alfie.

Excellent customer service
Don't normally do reviews but I received excellent customer service form young Alfie today at the Brentwood store despite the fact that he was on his own and somewhat busy.
Note to Vodafone; these are the staff you need to keep!
And guess what? He didn't even ask for a review!

Excellent Experience
I had an excellent experience with Michael today. He was very knowledgeable about the phones and available contracts. I left with a deal I was very happy with. I would highly recommend this store.

Local Phone Upgrade
Went in to my local store and spoke to Chloe to see if I can get a new phone as I was due a upgrade as I had a Samsung A32 5g since release, we spome about phones and recommended phones as i wanted something that was up to date but didnt need to be the lastest phone and I didnt mind 2nd hand as well but i wanted to ideally keep my current air time, we found a S35 FE that allowed me to keep my air time and it is relatively upto date as well as recommending a tablet for any extra needs, her and the other instore staff was friendly and polite as well as very helpful

Exceptional Service at Brentwood. Mike is the best in the Business
I had an absolutely brilliant experience at the Vodafone Brentwood store on the High Street. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted immediately by the friendly team.
I worked with Mike, who was incredibly helpful. He explained everything clearly and made the process of taking out a new contract seamless. This is hands down my favorite Vodafone branch. The best experience I’ve had with the company.

Really helpful with good advice
My aim in going to the store in Brentwood was to see if I could get a better deal switching from another phone provider to Vodafone. Christopher was really helpful and did everything he could to find me the best deal that matched my requirements.
There was no hard sell just good advice which I appreciated.

I walked into the branch, with a very big request 15mins before closing and Alfie was fantastic. He not only answered all my questions but provided me with outstanding service, whilst making sure I fully understood everything he was doing on my account. He was brilliant! Wonderful experience with Chloe
