Brentwood 5, Liverpool nil.
I’m doing two reviews here. The 5 star review is for the Brentwood store. My daughter, a student in Liverpool, me the account holder in Brentwood. Apple replaced a faulty phone but it had an eSIM. No phone connection. Staff in the Brentwood store could not have been more helpful, including trying to get the eSIM reactivated and FaceTiming the Liverpool store to go through the identification details while my daughter and I were in the stores. Make it clear that Liverpool did not help at all and one employee was very unhelpful and rude to both my daughter and the staff in Brentwood. So this is a lovely review of Brentwood, not of Liverpool.

A shout out to the guys at Vodafone in Brentwood, Essex. I was having problems with my iPhone, which I couldn’t resolve myself, despite following numerous suggestions on line. I thought I’d have to visit an Apple Store for a repair or buy a new phone. But the guys at the shop in Brentwood solved the problem in a few minutes. Great team, knowledgeable, polite and friendly. I’ve been with Vodafone for approx 20 years, the service and support is excellent.
