Great service, the staff (Mariyam) literally did everything she could to help us solving a few issues we were facing to get a new UK number. She went above and beyond until she solved the issue, and we left the place happy with a brand new eSIM, thanks!

Mohammed’s and Hassan’s Excellent Customer Service
Mohammed and Hassan were extremely helpful and welcoming today at the Knightsbridge store. They have gone above and beyond to solve my queries. I was skeptical about taking out a new plan but due to their level of expertise and customer approach, I have been amazed at Vodafone’s customer service and line options.
As a result, I have taken a contract out with Vodafone and I’m happy to have experienced exceptional customer service.

My reward for loyalty has been…
My reward for loyalty has been increased, and increasingly confusing bills.
After being contacted by One Com stating they could reduce my £30 a month 02 bill 3 years ago, I have been locked into a never-ending and permanently increasing contract with Vodafone. I have my own iPhone 13 device and only require a SIM card for general, non-extensive commercial usage. I am now locked into a long-term business contract which can be reviewed only in 36 months time, pay £75.90, with £51.75 refunded for the next 36 months and miscellaneous add-ons such as a portable device which I did not request and do not use. I requested a SIM only deal such as the one displayed on their website:
