He was really helpful, took the time to explain everything clearly, and even managed to get me a slightly cheaper price, which I really appreciated. Bianca made our experience great today 🙂
She was cheerful, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
We needed to upgrade 2 contracts and get data roaming sorted. In under an hour, she managed to solve all the issues, rearrange our contracts and save us some money.
She was so efficient and I felt she went above and beyond to make the experience stress free. She gave good advice and sound information.

Holly at the Cambridge store was outstanding today, I was very impressed with the knowledge she had with my issue, very polite and understanding of my situation with having no data.
