Awful entrance to shop!!
We visited the Vodafone store in Canterbury centre this afternoon. We had to wait for a short period of time and the assistants apologised as they were all busy talking to customers. The team member we spoke to was very helpful and we thanked her. BUT!! I wish to complain in a very strong way. The only entrance to the shop is thru a very narrow entrance from the pavement. There are no handrails to help with someone like me that needs a walking stick to negotiate the entrance. Leaving is even more tricky thru the narrow entrance with a big drop to the pavement. It’s absolutely awful. It must surely rate as one of the top five worst entrances to a main shop in the U.K. I did mention the terrible entrance and was told that the shop is a listed building and can’t be altered, or something like that . That surely must be utter rubbish. Surely that must be wrong. Merely in the interest of customer safety something should be installed to help people negotiate the step otherwise
sooner or later someone is going to have a nasty fall.

Excellent service in the Canterbury store!
I went into the Canterbury store to hopefully exchange the phone that Customer Service accidentally sent me, and Sophie served me and she was an absolute delight and made the transaction really easy and as painless as possible! Because the exchange was taking a while, Sophie and I had a good old natter about our past experiences in other retail jobs and bonded over shared experiences! For one of her last customers on a Saturday, she was more than happy to help! Ed and Joe were also around at the time and they helped out where they could! Couldn’t fault the service from the three of them! Highly recommend!

Edward the best staff in that shop in Canterbury
I’ve been served by Edward.he deserves 5 stars because is always very kind and also does his job properly. Informing customers over any promotions,offers the best deals and is always very helpful with any issue I’ve had so far. Whenever I’ve been served by him, didn’t had a problem ,unfortunately in one day when he was not working,my husband got a bad experience there and never wanted a Vodafone .luckily yesterday I needed a new phone and Edward was there to help.thanks again !

Vodafone Canterbury and Sharna
We went to Canterbury Vodafone to upgrade my S23Ultra to the Flip7 and was helped by the lovely Sharna. She went above and beyond to help me with the whole process and to clean out my partners phones charging port too.
Definitely recommend Vodafone Canterbury and Sharna too.

I would like to say how brilliant Tom, Sharna and Ed were in the Canterbury branch . I just had my daughter’s phone upgraded and will look forward to getting my one done too ! The Vodafone shop in Canterbury really spent the time to help and the staff were all super helpful. I had an issue with my daughters phone and it was not only sorted out by the friendly staff member (I think his name was Ed), but he ended up saving me money as well. Really happy with my experience.
