Stellar customer service
The two ladies who helped us - Lorna and Jade - were amazing. They were patient, friendly, knew exactly how to help, and really made what I thought was going to be a difficult visit very clear and easy.

Broadband deals at Carlisle branch
Went into Carlisle branch to talk about a better broadband deal. Was served by Olivia, she is a credit to the company as she was patient and informative. She talked me through the deals and options, answered all my questions and helped me make an informed decision. Would definitely recommend 5 star service.

Excellent service form ( IVE )
I’ve been visited the Vodafone store in Carlisle today . The issue was with my home broadband, which was upgraded last week and I got a phone call from Vodafone customer support saying your broadband upgrade’s has been cancelled! So I went to the store and raised the issue. The Sweet lady called IVE (Olivia K…). She explained the issue so nicely and solved my issue with love and care. Actually she also saved my time and money . I’m so happy for the service. Respect and love.x
