Excellent customer service
Nathan at the Carlisle store was extremely helpful and patient. He listened to what I wanted and didn't try to sell me things i didn't need. He looked at the best deals available and added extras on that suited me.

(Carlisle Vodafone shop) it is safe to…
(Carlisle Vodafone shop) it is safe to say we put Jade through a challenging experience today. She stepped up to the mark and we couldn’t fault her at all. Any shop / company could do with more staff like Jade, helpful kind and to me the most important thing of all is she was genuinely honest from the moment we walked in to the moment we left the shop, (4 hours)
She actually missed her dinner unfortunately due to us that is dedication.
Vodafone are lucky to have Jade and should well and truly appreciate her and value her skills.
