10 out of 10 for Carlisle!
Went into Vodafone in Carlisle. Served by Jonny. I took my phone home and couldn’t get it set up properly. I went back today and Jonny spent an hour helping me with everything. He was really patient and answered all my questions. He even sorted my new phone out for me because I’d done something wrong at home when setting it up. Thank you Jonny.

Exceptional service in Carlisle branch
I was served by Dan who was totally amazing. I went in for a charger and was offered a tablet which I was hesitant about due to my credit history... though I really did need need a new one. Dan couldn't have made me feel more comfortable And reassured me. He was very chatty and was very interested in me as a person and was very caring. I ended up walking away not just with a charger but with a new tablet which I am very excited about.i always find the staff in the Carlisle branch so helpful and would never go anywhere else.a big thank you as they were all lovely today... especially Dan.

Absolutely fantastic carlisle store
Absolutely fantastic customer service from the guys and girls in Carlisle store. I was in for 3 hours but nothing against them, just needed so much changed and new contracts etc. Had such a laugh with them all in there, Dan was absolutely brilliant from start to finish sorting everything for me. Even came in on his day off the following day to help.
Nathan, Liv and Dave all fantastic, would recommend to anyone. Great experience

Really friendly staff
Really friendly staff, Jade served us. We got an upgrade and new broadband package. She was lovely and helpful and talked us through everything really well. Also Dave, the regional manager helped us too.
