Channing(?) and also Jamie (?) - not sure if names correct, at the Carmarthen branch went over and above in their friendly and knowledgeable service. I had called in to ask a technical question about my current samsung phone and then made enquiries about a new phone as my contract is at an end. Not pushy at all, instead honest and helpful advice given. If I hadn't visited right at the end of closing time I would definitely have made a purchase today. Many thanks

Great Customer Service

Great Service
Went in as I had an issue with my sim, the advisor was 2 minutes helping me out with my issue, and all is working again! Will be back soon to upgrade.
