I had a great experience visiting the Vodafone store The staff were welcoming, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood all of my options without any pressure.

Mobile Phone Purchase
I was served by Jasmine who provided a pleasurable and very smooth transaction. I explained to Jasmine that I was interested in purchasing a mobile phone that I had seen listed on the Argos website. Jasmine was happy to check to see whether her Vodafone shop had the item in stock. When she found that it was not in stock she immediately ordered the phone for delivery in the next few days. There was no high pressure sales talk suggesting that I should purchase a different type of phone and the entire transaction was conducted in a very calm and professional manner. Full marks to Jasmine for a very pleasurable experience.
