Always a pleasure to visit this shop when I'm in Chelmsford shopping. The staff are really friendly and always have time to help me out, nothing is too much trouble.
Good customer service is hard to find these days, but I am happy to return here. I had a SIM swap to do and just needed some information, which I received and can now sort out a lost phone

Great sim only deals

Exceptional service
I walked into Vodafone to upgrade my contract and was greeted by Sam and Rosie who were delightful and helped me fulfil my Vodafone contract upgrade extremely fast to a high expectation. I would recommend this brand and services for the future with their extremely helpful and polite team.
