I travelled to the Chester-le-Spring…
I travelled to the Chester-le-Spring store today to upgrade my phone and get a new data plan. James and Leon helped and guided me through the whole process and made everything easily understandable. Very happy with the new phone and the deal I got. As a long term Vodafone user it makes me want to stay with the company and keep using them. Hats off to the service!

Great product advice, James really helped us to get the best device for our needs.
Checked all other devices and contracts to see if they needed upgrading.
Explained everything simply to us too so we understood.

Excellent customer service
Very satisfied with the customer service after loosing my phone they replaced it & put my mind at ease over the worries I had of what might have happened to data etc of my old phone. They explained everything clearly step by step & we were very polite & comfortable to talk to. We now have up graded phones, very happy!! Thank you!!
