Excellent customer service from James, absolute credit to Vodafone at Chester le street. Had put off having to renew home broadband, upgrade a phone and sort out additional Sim card options. James made it as simple and as uncomplicated as possible. I ended up with a brilliant deal, and a positive customer experience

I would recommend Chester-le-street Vodafone Shop if you are in need of any sort of help. We went in and Liv helped us sort out a phone. She went though all the options, best deals and prices.
