Was greeted by James at the door very professional asked if there was any help o needed in the end there was. Needed a new phone but was sure of the process or all the things around it James and jack where more then happy to walk through the steps with me telling me the benefits of each add on and explaining how they work. He kept if professional but also relatable giving me there opinions on phones and plans, I left very happy with my new phone and I will be going back there again definitely jack and James are a credit to the store
