Not exactly sure of the date that I went into the Vodaphone shop in Chippenham for some tech support but it was the Tuesday after England won their World Cup football match! Tom helped me. He greeted me politely and asked me to explain the problem. I am almost 80 years so the technical words and phrases are difficult for me. He was amazing , very patient and eventually the problem was solved.Thank you Tom!

Super Tom at Chippenham store
I received a very friendly welcome from Tom when I entered Vodafone CHIPPENHAM store on Saturday 27th June. I had an enquiry about the Vodafone tariff that I have. Ryan was amazing

Ryan at the Chippenham store …
We went into the chippenham store in Wednesday and were served by Ryan. We were very frustrated by dealing with the online service trying to set up a new contract so decided face to face would be better. We are both pensioners and not exactly tech savvy. Ryan was extremely helpful and renewed our confidence in Vodafone. He was very patient and gave good advice. We will always go into store from now in and give the online service a miss. Thanks Ryan for exceptional customer service.

Brilliant service. were greeted as soon as we entered…
We were greeted as soon as we entered the shop & offered coffee. Ryan was absolutely wonderful in explaining everything to me as I’m not good with technology. He was very polite, friendly & obviously knew his stuff! He answered all my questions. I was worried what affect changing my phone would have on my hearing aid app & he put my mind at rest about that. He set it all up for my phone to be delivered the next day to my home. I do hope Ryan gets recognition for being an amazing adviser to me, & wish him all the best.
