I’m extremely pleased with the service and attention from Rebecca at the Clacton on Sea store. She went through my various options explaining each one in detail. Amazingly helpful young chap
Amazingly helpful young chap. He spent about 45 minutes with me trying to sort out my (crappy!) phone, without doing the upsell. I think that he was genuinely more frustrated than I was that it couldn't be sorted!
In the meantime, he pretty much halved the price plan that I was on.
I'm genuinely grateful for the patience &! fantastic service that I've received.
Unfortunately I can't recall his name, but it was around 11am on Thursday 4th of June (& I had to run out & get some reading glasses!).

Excellent customer service
The lady helping me with my requirements was very helpful and happy to answer all my questions. I wasn’t sure about switching to Vodafone, but was reassured about my decision and so far so good. Getting an iPhone was a really good move as it’s so user friendly.
I had a slight problem with the network, but called the customer service and it was resolved very quickly.
