Becca, superstar manager of Clacton store. Almost all guys very helpful as had lots problems on my 6 year old phone, but Becca shines and i learned a lot too. And shes respected by hrr team!

Hi vodafone issues is no signal on 4g…

Excellent customer service Clacton store
I would to thank Oliver who helped me at your Clacton store, Friday 30th January. He listened to my needs, and went carefully through the various options that met our criteria. This has resulted in me collecting my new Apple phone this week.i would like to thank Oliver for his kindness and patience in dealing with me and understanding that due to me having Parkinson’s disease my thought process is slower than it used to be.

Highly recommended. Outstanding help from Becca at Vodafone Clacton
I cannot praise Becca at Vodafone Clacton highly enough. She went to great efforts to sort out multiple requests for two additional lines, phones and an issue with my Apple Watch. She showed tremendous knowledge and perseverance to make sure that everything was copied and working. The personal touch and being able to speak in person means a lot! Levi was absolutely brilliant, he was able to explain how and what I was getting with my new phone, he was so friendly and relaxed with a professionalism and knowledge of how the phone works, his explanation was clear and precise and calmly re-explaining to me when I didn't quite understand
