I would just like to praise the clacton team on all the help I received in choosing a tracker for my mum, who has alzheimers, it was second to none, and the staff were very helpful in advising me on the right product. Also I would not hesitate to go back for any future query or purchase. I have been a loyal Vodaphone customer for many years.

Great customer service.
Would just like to say what a great team we have at Clacton. Have had a few issues lately with my phone, so have been a few times, and no matter who I speak to, they are always so friendly and helpful. Nothing seems to be to much trouble. A lovely store to visit.

Great experience, Dan sales advisor at Clacton was a great help and knew exactly what to do, with the best deals. Knows how to talk to customers during a loading computer.
