Charlie at clydebank store very quickly sorted the problem, as Vodafone had cut me off although I had signed the Direct debit in the shop 2 weeks ago and all sorted they had not set up Dd and therefore Charlie had to sort it quickly

Fantastic customer service
For the record all the staff in this shop have been welcomeing any time I have visited, today it was charlie that gave me help and support, from the moment I entered the Clydebank store he welcomed me with a smile and easy going manner that did not make me feel my need for help was silly my phone had been sent away for repair and it had not been possible to fix so had been sent the model again so I needed help with set up and he was super five star and then when I was leaving , reassured me if I had any further problems don't hesitate to pop back in
