Dealt with Kerry (I think) from the Northwich Branch with regards to a new phone and set up. Her customer service and tech know how was second to none. I was particularly impressed as the person in question handled not only my request but a shop full of people, one of which was quite challenging. She remained calm and professional and dedicated to helping all. I hope this feedback reaches her as she is a real asset to your company.

Excellent service. Josh was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Obtaining our new phones presented no problems and he guided us through the set up and change over procedure in a clear and confident manner. I would recommend Vodafone.
