After putting off upgrading my phone for two years because I was scared of losing data from one phone to another the experience I have just witnessed has been amazing

The customer service at Vodafone is usually horrible in my experience. Today was an exception, thanks to Jade at Vodafone Derbion in Derby she was very professional polite and helpful.
Managed to sort out complicated issue with my SIM card with a lot of patience.

Really positive experience!!
From the moment we were introduced to our advisor Jade, she put me at ease with her warm & friendly greeting & her wealth of knowledge.
Jade too her time to provide me with options so I could make informed choices as to what handset suited my needs.
Jade took time to explain the plan which includes sim & my device.
Such a refreshing experience all round!
