Came in to the Vodafone store in derby, I have been having issues with my current supplier and spoke to Jay and rubel who were so patient with me and helped me get a new deal and sorted my phone out after all the stress I have gone through they have really made my day! Credit to the company excellent service

Jade-Now that’s what you call great customer experience

I went into the derby store on Saturday. I was seen my Miz he was very professional and very helpful. He sorted the two contracts we have out and nothing was too much for him to help. Definitely recommend anyone to go to Vodafone they help get the best deals and nothing is to much for them.

Went in to the derby store today spoke to Jay he was absolutely amazing inwas so nervous going in there as I don't know anything about phones. He helped me get a new phone helped me transfer my information across and also gave me a demo on some of the features. Miz was brilliant
I went into the store to cancel my sim and get a PAC code after receiving misleading information from a women called Sally 2 years ago , the advisor Miz was really helpful and manage to convince me yo stay with vodaphone, he was honest and very helpful he went through all the details and also helped me check the emails he had sent about my new contract thank you Miz you were brilliant
