Matt and Eric charismatic, helped us to get through with the claim insurance as I broke my phone down. Excellent service, will definitely want to get back to the every single time, even in a difficult process, and situation along with the whole breaking down the phone, it was solved in the best possible manner by Eric and Matt

amazing experience
nice experience, solved my problem perfectly, we were able to see all the direct payment bill and solve other issues involving the account such as bill of broadband and other separate accounts that were giving issues were resolved by Matt Sale adviser

Amin and Matt were brilliant and so…
Amin and Matt were brilliant and so helpful (unlike the customer service line after a 30 minute call was no help whatsoever!). My son had just arrived in Hungary and was unable to use his phone. We went into the store and they fixed things immediately for him and us. What a fantastic service they gave us and our stress levels have now gone right down .
