Very Good Customer Service
Have just been to the Vodafone shop at East Grinstead. The Assistant Manager gave us excellent service. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and fast working. He was kind and patient when I was temporarily unable to retrieve some information I needed to complete our transaction. A very good experience there - thank you!

I came in today as my phone network and…
I came in today as my phone network and broadband wasn't up and running after paying for it. Oliver and Josh were really helpful and set everything uo for me. Very helpful
Matt was really helpful and gave me all the information I needed for what I enquired about on Saturday without pushing me into making a decision there and then which was refreshing. Josh then helped me set everything up the following day and was very informative and again not pushy. Came out with exactly what I went in for. Thank you!

Josh East Grinstead
Went into Vodafone East Grinstead as my emails would not come through. I spent a long time trying to see what has happened and what went wrong with no good outcome Josh who I’ve seen in there before also, who sold my phone to me from the branch in East Grinstead?
always gives time and helps customers. He has always done that for me and nothing is too much trouble. I have to recommend him highly as a magnificent member of staff to you.
